What it's for
Manage who accesses your Affinity instance. Invite users, assign administrator roles, and maintain access control.
Steps
- MANAGEMENT → USERS (or `User Management` card on mobile).
- Click Add User.
- Complete details and confirm.
Expected result
- User created and visible in the list with role and status.
Tips
- Summary cards: `Total Users`, `Administrators`, `Pending Invitations`, `Locked Accounts`.
- Filters: search, role (`Administrator`, `User`), status (`Active`, `Inactive`, `Locked`, `Pending`).
- Actions menu: `Make Admin` / `Remove Admin`, `Change Password`, `Disable User` / `Enable User`, `Delete User`.
- Use Make Admin only for people who need to configure integrations, rules, and notifications.
