Share Query Results

What it's for

Collaborate with your team by sharing queries and results via secure links — ideal for escalating an investigation or documenting findings.

Steps

  1. Run the query first (Run Query).
  2. Click the Share Query icon.
  3. In the Share Query Results modal, review `Query Information` (Tab Name, Query, Results, Columns).
  4. If `✓ Ready to share` appears, use Copy Link or Open in New Tab.
  5. If `⚠ Run query first` appears, run the query first.

Expected result

  • Secure link generated to share the query and results.

Tips

  • The link includes encryption — share only with trusted people in your organization.
  • If you see `Generating secure share link...`, wait a few seconds.
