Share Query Results

What it's for

Collaborate with your team by sharing queries and results via secure links — ideal for escalating an investigation or documenting findings.

Steps

  1. 1

    Run the query first (Run Query).

  2. 2

    Click the Share Query icon.

  3. 3

    In the Share Query Results modal, review Query Information (Tab Name, Query, Results, Columns).

  4. 4

    If ✓ Ready to share appears, use Copy Link or Open in New Tab.

  5. 5

    If ⚠ Run query first appears, run the query first.

Expected result

  • ✓Secure link generated to share the query and results.

Tips

  • The link includes encryption — share only with trusted people in your organization.
  • If you see Generating secure share link..., wait a few seconds.
